Currency & Payment Options

All transactions, fees, and payments on the Grouse Mountain Tyee Ski Club website are handled in Canadian Dollars ($CAD).

Grouse Mountain Tyee Ski Club accepts online credit card payments using Visa or MasterCard, through our secure transaction payment system. Grouse Mountain Tyee Ski Club does not accept payment by cash or debit card (Interac), money order, cheque, or bank draft at this time.

Payment Terms

Fees are due prior to the registration deadline.
An admin fee is applicable for all late registrations, upon approval of the late registration.
Not paying for the event will NOT automatically cancel the registration.

Credits & Refunds

Membership and Program Fees/payments

Membership, insurance, and donations are totally non-refundable.
Program fees can be credited forward to the folowing season only for medical reasons.
Program fee credits will be pro-rated according to the schedule below.
Any program fee credit to be forwarded will be applied within one month from receiving a written application for refund accompanied by a medical doctor's certificate.

Event/Trip Payments

Event registration fees are non refundable, even for medical reasons.
In some cases, individually incurred costs (entry fees, lift tickets) may be refundable, and these are determined on a case by case basis.
Registration deposit fees are non-refundable for any reason, including medical. This is because the deposit is used to pay for non-refundable expenses such as accommodation and transportation and cannot be recovered.
Please keep in mind that once registered the only option to cancel the registration is by communicating directly with the event organizer before the registration deadline. Simply not paying the balance owing for the event will not automatically cancel the registration.
